Opportunity Module

Opportunity Management is another important module covered by EazyCRM. Opportunities are labeled Potentials in EazyCRM. EazyCRM includes the following features for Opportunity Management.

1. Track all sales opportunities end-to-end in a sales cycle.
2. Associate opportunities with contacts, activities, and other modules to have a better visibility on the opportunities.
3. Generate quotes, sales orders, and invoices from the potentials.
4. Create fully customizable opportunity reports.
5. Export opportunities to spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel and others to analyze the sales pipeline and quickly identify the bottlenecks if any.
