  • Complete MRP module will process the following data :
    • Delivery schedules for an order
    • Order details and applicable stages of processing
    • Order Priority
    • Projected Orders or Demand Forecast
    • Reorder Levels, Min/Max Quantity and EOQ
    • BoM, Stage and Machine Mapping, Machine Capacity, Outsourced Capacity.
  • And display the following reports :
    • Projected Delivery Schedule for continuous manufacturing.
    • Machine and Production Schedule Planning for designated delivery
    • Material Requirement Planning based on BoM and Quantity Parameters
    • Raw Material Order Scheduling based on Order Levels and Lead Time
    • Outsourcing Requirement Analysis based on Machine Capacities
